Success

Simple

Straightforward

Stressfree

Welcome!
I'm Glad You're Here

Whether you’re a student or parent, the college admissions process can seem intimidating. With applications up 18% at the University of California and admission rates under 4% at some Ivy League schools, college admissions have become hyper-competitive, overly complex, and far too stressful.

It doesn’t have to be that way.

Applying to colleges shouldn't be about all the places you can't get in,

it should be about all the places you can.

As a certified College Admissions Counselor, I help students discover their story, imagine their future, and go where they want to go. I help the application process be the positive experience it should be.

My goals are for parents and students to retain their sanity (and their relationship), senior year to be enjoyable, and everyone to be happy with the choices when college acceptances arrive.

What Our Happy Applicants Are Saying

Working with Julie was the BEST part of my college application experience!!!

She was great at identifying my strengths and helping me showcase them effectively in my application. She was super easy and fun to work with, With her counseling, I was accepted to Stanford, Vanderbilt, USC, UCLA, and more. I'd recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!

I wish I could fully articulate the immense help Julie was with my college application but words fall short in expressing how amazing she is. What stood out to me the most was that she took the time to get to know me personally so I could better display my strengths on my applications. She told me what colleges look for and showed me what steps I needed to take. Julie knows what she is talking about and will help you achieve your goals. Next fall, I will be attending the nursing program at UCLA, which has an acceptance rate of 2%. I mean it from the bottom of my heart when I say I am so grateful for her!

When I first started my college applications I felt overwhelmed. I am a first generation college student and my family did not know how to help me with my applications. Julie helped guide me through the process and provided the support I needed. She is very knowledgeable and cares tremendously about her clients, something that is rare. I don't know what I would have done without her help. Julie is truly the BEST!

Julie - Thank you for all your help with our son's college applications! We feel so fortunate that we were able to get your help! My wife and I tried to help him at first, but we soon learned how challenging and frustrating the college application process is today. The many different deadlines, forms, essays, extra questions, etc. It was like going through an obstacle course. Thankfully, you were there to help guide us through. Your insight and expertise made the process much more manageable. We look forward to your help with our daughter as well!

Julie is an outstanding counselor and was instrumental to our son's college admissions success. She made the entire process enjoyable and stress free for both us as parents and our son.

Julie is insightful, thorough, very accessible, prompt, and easy to communicate with. We will definitely use her again for our younger children!

Getting into college in today's world is quite competitive and I believe it is not only what your child does, but how those things are presented to the colleges that makes all the difference. I am so grateful we had Julie to help us do exactly that. She has a true gift with helping kids create their own essays so each college can truly get to know them. She is also an incredible emotional support throughout the whole experience. Julie is always encouraging and helps you see the light at the end of the tunnel. My son was very successful in reaching his college goals and I consider Julie an important part of his success. She is worth her weight in gold!

When I started the process of applying to colleges, it was overwhelming to say the least. Meeting with Julie helped me tremendously. She walked me through the process and helped me determine what I needed to do. I really liked working with her on my essays and believe she helped me become a better, more confident writer. Not only did I get into my top colleges, I also received multiple merit scholarship offers. Julie was a massive help to me and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Our high school contracts with Julie to provide a series of college application workshops for the juniors and seniors. The workshops are hands-on and Julie gives the students practical help with the application process. She gives every student her full attention whether they're applying to a local college or a selective university. The students love her and the workshops have been a great success. I highly recommend her!
